| | John WallerJohn is the Founder and President of Structural Improvements Corporation. Formerly in Computer Science, he informed us that building restoration and real estate development was a welcomed turn in his career. Furthering his education he received a real rstate license and studied in detail various building construction systems. He has said "What we build becomes a new creation, always visible, a symbol of our pride, with a mission to last forever." His duties for the company are concentrated in real estate acquisitions, project management, control of the company's growth, financial management and customer relations. Absolutely the most exciting of his duties is flying his favorite clients up the Hudson River and around the Statue of Liberty in the Cessna. | | | Dave Waller
I joined the team of Structural Improvements in 1994. My background is in construction and constructionmanagement. I think to besuccessful as a general contractor you must pay to attention to detail. To many contractor's lose sight of this and a project will sufferbecause of it. Attention to detail is my biggest asset. I feel detail combined with organization and management result in customer satisfaction. To me there is no better feeling than seeing the final result on a project knowing what steps it took to get there, sometimes getting asked to do the impossible, and the feeling of accomplishment you get when your client is satisfied. That makes it all worth while. Customer satisfaction results in repeat business as well as recommendations for new business. | | |
